Corporate Events

Fees
There is a rental fee for each event, which will reserve your date and time. We will also work with you to choose a menu and coordinate details for the event. Please note that your date will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit. If your event is canceled after a paid deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

While all events held at Kiana Lodge are exempt from Washington State Sales Tax, all lodge facilities and meeting room rentals will be assessed with a 7.5% Tribal hotel and occupancy tax.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, certified checks or cash.

Hours
Kiana Lodge hours are: Sunday-Friday 8:00am - 10:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - Midnight.

Music
Amplified music is restricted to the Main Lodge. The Suquamish Tribal Government limits instruments which may be played in the Garden Atrium or outside to acoustic piano, flute, harp, violin and guitar. These may not exceed permissible levels of noise.

Miscellaneous Additional Charges
Additional fees are required for items including linen tablecloths, napkins, fires, bar set-up and bartender, espresso bar and Seattle's Best Coffee or tea service. Depending on the type of event, there may be fees for additional hours at Kiana Lodge.

Retreats and Equipment
Upon request, we can send suggested menus and discuss all of your event details. We can also make arrangements for audio and visual equipment needs for an additional fee.
