We will pair four amazing food courses featuring wines from Terra Blanca Winery in Eastern Washington to create the ultimate dinner experience!

1st Course Wine:  2016 Arch Terrace Chardonnay
Salad: Iceberg wedge with heirloom tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese & crispy bacon

2nd Course Wine:  2014 Arch Terrace Triple Threat red blend
Appetizer: Mini beef tacos, caramelized onion, lime & cilantro

3rd Course Wine:  2014 Arch Terrace Cabernet Franc
Entrée: Duroc pork chop with port demi served with roasted tri-colored potatoes

4th Course Wine: 2016 Late Harvest Riesling
Dessert:  White flan cake with summer berry reduction
