Kiana Lodge welcomes Seattle wine lovers to meet the winemakers on Wednesday, January 28 for a four-course Wine Dinner paired with selected Kestrel vintages, including the Falcon series Old Vine Chardonnay and Wine Maker Select Cabernet.
Menu highlights include Salmon Aspic, Kobe Beef with Bacon & Blue Cheese and a sublime pairing of Apple, Sharp Cheddar and Chocolate.
